Tiara Mayfield-Bond is a Licensed Professional Counselor with several years of experience working in an array of environments including substance abuse, post-educational, and with military families, providing mental health and transitional assistance to youth and adults. She is focused on treating depression, anxiety and healing from trauma. Tia holds a Master's degree from Texas Southern University in Counseling Education.

Avis Smith is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor (LPC-S) with over 13 years of experience working with clients of all ages. She specializes in treating anxiety, compassion fatigue, familial conflicts, life transitions, and women's issues as well as marriage and couples therapy. Avis believes that the counseling experience is a very intimate experience that is designed with the client’s needs at the forefront.

I have worked in inpatient hospital settings, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, and group and private practices. My style is Eclectic as I use a variety of therapeutic styles and interventions during sessions, such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, Mindfulness, Attachment-Based therapy and Strengths-Based therapy.
