You don’t want to burden your loved ones with these heavy feelings but you just can’t seem to get past feeling like the loss just happened. You may also be still having flashbacks or nightmares about what happened. These feelings are overwhelming and you feel like if you stop feeling them it would be a betrayal to the person you lost. These emotions and thoughts are common and I can help. Not “get over it” or “move on” but to move through this difficult time.
