With my background in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have extensive experience in working with couples, families, and relationship dynamics including coparenting. I have successfully counseled many couples and have helped them improve the quality of their relationship. Conflict resolution, communication, coping skills, mindfulness, and de-escalation are all skills that I teach my clients in their journey towards health.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. I received my Theology degree from Florida Theological Seminary and my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern State University. The combination of a Theological and Therapeutic approach allows me to reach my clients from a Holistic approach. It is this unique training that I incorporate in my counseling to assist one in achieving full homeostasis by focusing on the body, mind, and soul. I incorporate a Solution Focused/CBT approach.

I enjoy meeting with adults, children and families who have attention issues, struggle with anxiety, and experience feelings of depression. In addition, I also focus on anger management issues. When we talk together, we talk about stressors and ideas for how to make small steps to help things go more smoothly.
