I use a solutions focused/cognitive behavioral approach to therapy that helps people reach their goals as efficiently as possible. I work with a large variety of people by providing individual counseling, family counseling and activity therapy, filial therapy, grief resolution, teen counseling, and group therapy.

External circumstances-whether social, familial, school or work related-can challenge us beyond the point where we feel like we can cope, leading to anxiety, depression, and self-doubt.
