Sheila is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 25+ years of experience in the Mental Health Field. She has touched many lives over the years, and her knowledge of human psychology and behavioral health patterns will be instrumental in helping you improve as a person.

I enjoy working with adult survivors of abuse, depression, post traumatic stress disorder (military, natural disaster, abuse, etc.); traumatic brain injury, chronic pain, alcohol dependence, and addictions.

I am dedicated to providing compassionate and specialized counseling services to all of my clients. I specialize in working with First Responders, Veterans, and their families. I offer individual and couples counseling, and work with a variety of issues including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I am trained in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and have seen some fantastic results!
