My primary clients are individuals between 2 - 21 years (Adults on a case-by-case basis). I work with children and their families to provide more information about current presenting social, emotional, and/or behavioral concerns through a thorough assessment (i.e., 5+ hours of direct assessment) and/or through counseling. In counseling, I alone cannot change the person once per week or every other week; parents are key to successful treatment by implementing appropriate strategies, support, and structure needed for improvement (i.e., there is work for the adults too!). I can also help with navigating the school system. So, "How can I help?"

I work in the private sector helping those with depression, anxiety and sexual issues. Addiction and OCD are also specialties. I have a nutrition and exercise physiology background helping patients struggling with self-abuse, obsessive thinking, and control. I counsel couples and one-on-one. My services are based on understanding symptoms and finding the best method of treatment to promote growth and provide solutions. As a rule, the overall philosophy is to treat the causes as well as the symptoms to provide a greater treatement benefit. Clientelle range in age from 13- on up.

I am a licensed Therapist who specializes in Neurofeedback Therapy (a form of reward biofeedback). Starting with a QEEG brain map I am able to directly treat the brain with neurofeedback and bring relief from anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep disorders, ADD and ADHD and many other mental health issues that impede functioning.
