I believe that complex trauma occurs within relationship & can only be healed within a relationship that provides steady cues of safety & attunement. My hope is to allow space for the body to tell its story so that your nervous system can move up & out of a state of survival & into a state of connection, presence, & balance. We will also work to dis-identify with & unburden from the beliefs, emotions, labels, & stories we tell, bringing them into awareness, showering them with compassion, while acknowledging the adaptive purpose they once provided but are now keeping us stuck.
