As a depth counselor, I assist clients who need deep healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, and other wounds to find wholeness in Self and relationships again. It takes a lot of courage to shine a light into the darkest places within, and to uncover and work with the roots of our pain. I truly believe even the most difficult symptoms hold gifts for us, and its my life's work to provide the space for my clients to face the scariest parts of being human, find those gifts, and turn the uncovered material into the stuff they need to move from surviving to actually thriving.

Is your goal to build insight, challenge old patterns and grow into your authentic self? I believe most of us desire a life that reflects who we truly are but experiences from the past and present can make reaching our full-potential seem difficult. Through therapy, we can shift how we perceive our lives and ourselves by taking a deeper look into our internal world in a meaningful way. My goal as a therapist is to facilitate healing through compassion, exploration and flexibility. I will support and challenge you while you take steps toward living the life you want.

Life is often punctuated by challenging and difficult experiences. Therefore, there is need for support from an experienced helper or fellow traveler to facilitate the client to journey through those experiences. As such, the nature of the therapist-client relationship created by the therapist holds the key for the psychotherapy process. Because of my experience of working with youth, families, adults, couples, and groups in Oklahoma since 2012, I can easily build working alliances with clients, acutely attune to them, and attend to the issues they surface in therapy.

The struggles of daily life can be overwhelming. When our most intimate relationships are struggling it can feel that we have no shelter from the storm. People and relationships need that security in order to become their most fulfilled.

One of my primary goals as a therapist is to highlight the tendency we have to let the problems we experience interfere with the things in life that we value most. This can leave us feeling extremely frustrated, unfulfilled, and even hopeless! I want to help people learn to practice acceptance and mindfulness, as we develop and determine a sense of direction, with the goal of restoring a sense of meaning and purpose in life.

Do you feel down, filled with heaviness, or dread and anxiety? Or maybe like you are unsure who you are, what your value is, or how to make difficult life choices and transitions? If you want more for yourself and your close relationships or have experienced some difficulty in life and could use support in figuring out what to do next, I believe that we can figure it out together. I want to understand where you have been, where you are at, and where you want to be. My job is to help you make sense of it.

Sometimes life brings you experiences that are less than ideal. Afterwards, you can be left feeling lost, sad, lonely, afraid - it may feel overwhelming, like nothing will ever be okay again. Other times, things may be going just fine, but you find yourself wanting more, wanting to know yourself on a deeper level and find wholeness in a way you have not been able to before. As a depth counselor, I have passion for clients in both groups. People who crave healing from any of life’s wounds and people who desire more depth and meaning in their lives.

Starting therapy can feel stressful and overwhelming. It can be hard to open up to someone that you don’t know. Life can take many unexpected turns and we need a space to process life’s challenges. Throughout my career, I have supported children, adolescents, women, and families in various areas, including but not limited to: Anxiety, Depression and Mood-related challenges, Stress Management, Self-worth, Relationship Issues, Anger Management, Life Transitions and Adjustments, and Grief and Loss. Together, we will work towards unlocking your full potential and building a solid foundation for long-lasting well-being.

Welcome! I’m delighted you’re here. If you’re someone who has been on a meaningful journey of personal and spiritual growth and is seeking a seasoned therapist who can offer both support and constructive feedback, you’re in the right place. I enjoy clients who have already been doing significant personal and spiritual growth work and want a seasoned therapist who will both hold space for their unique journey while also showing up, sharing feedback, and noting opportunities for growth.

I like to work with my clients with whatever they are bringing into counseling. Whether it’s addiction, marriage issues, or just not feeling like yourself or whether you are seeking to grow, heal, or process some area of your life know that there is no issue too small or too big to bring. I am Catholic and am happy to integrate Christian spirituality and if that is not a person’s preference I am also happy to provide just good solid counseling.

I am passionate about advocating for and working with the BGLTQIA + community. I am kink informed, non-monogamy affirming, and sex worker allied. I provide a sex-positive environment for those who are working to understand themselves better, whether that be regarding sexuality, gender, mental health, and other aspects of identity. I work with individuals, couples, multi-partnered systems, and families. I have a background working with teens in the LGBTQ+ community and their families, as well as a history of educating this population to bridge the gap between parents and their children who hold these identities.

Trying to recover from addiction or mental illness on your own is tremendously difficult. This is true for not only the one with the disorder, but for each family member who may feel desperate for change. You probably feel like you have exhausted yourself trying to recover or to help someone recover, but no positive change seems to last. Although reaching out for help is hard, the willingness to engage in counseling with an experienced therapist can give you the push you need and provide you with tools you would not have access to if you continue try to use the same ineffective strategies to solve the problems on your own.

It is difficult to navigate the things that life throws at us. We can easily feel alone and very overwhelmed amongst all the chaos and stress. We all have needs and we all want our lives to improve for the better. Seeking any form of help can be very hard (especially for men). However, it is a very brave and courageous step.

Life can present challenges that can feel impossible to overcome. "I feel alone. I can't do this. It's too overwhelming. What if it never gets better?". These thoughts and feelings are common when challenges, struggles, and unexpected life events occur. My belief is everyone has a voice, and everyone has the right to be heard. Healing and emotional well-being are obtainable. I strive to provide a safe and comfortable space to process together without fear of judgement or criticism. I believe counseling is meant to be a collaborative working relationship. I am here to support you through your challenges, no matter how big or small.

As a Certified Sex Therapist, I work with people who come from all sorts of beliefs systems about sex. Some see sex as something just reserved for marriage while others have a more casual, open approach to their sexual relationships. No matter the values you have, it is possible for sex to become something that causes us pain. This pain might be physical-or it might be emotional, leading us to feel sad, anxious, or disconnected from our own body or relationships. Sometimes it is simply harder than it "should" be. The good news is, I have experience in helping people like you find healing in their relationships with sex.
