My name is Mary Stinson and I am the owner of Sage Counseling Center. I serve teenagers, adults, individuals & families in the journey toward healing. I have been blessed with the honor of helping people challenge and overcome life's hardships, and I am continually inspired by the resilience of the human spirit when we are given the tools we need to be over-comers. My specialty is in the field of trauma recovery and I have extensive training and experience in resolving trauma symptoms.

I possess a strong passion for working with children, preteens, teenagers, and their families. Difficult struggles including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and anger management problems can affect people of all ages. Regardless of whether these struggles are due in part to trauma, family changes, abuse, or other factors, I help my clients feel more self-assured and help prepare them to succeed on their own. By diving deep into the individual and grasping their unique perspective of the world around them, we can help them on their journey forward. I have immediate openings and would love to work with you and your family.
