Kathy completed her Master of Social Work at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock. After 20+ years of working to help others, she decided that she wanted to do more than help someone find the peanut butter in aisle 3.

I would see mid teens to late twenties. The primary issue would be trauma. Some goals to have would be behavior change and challenging unhelpful thoughts. The idea behind this would be to decrease the impact that the trauma is inflicting by increasing the individuals sense of control over their life.
