Skip’s therapeutic approach with clients experiencing anorexia, bulimia, and binge-eating disorder involves taking a holistic view of health encompassing the body, mind, and emotions. Integrating all aspects of an individual’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and improving flexibility are essential to finding lasting recovery.
