Are you ready to start feeling more connected with the person you love the most? Couples often share how communication issues negatively impact the emotional and physical intimacy in their relationship. Being stuck in a negative pattern of disconnection with your partner can sometimes chip away at your hope that things can get better. You both may have become more defensive, and this ultimately gets in the way of you hearing understanding each other. My hope is to help you reconnect and achieve greater intimacy. My training equips me to help you overcome the barriers to experiencing the type of love and relationship you both desire.

As an adolescent it can be difficult to understand what you're feeling, why you're feeling this way, and expressing how you feel. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, peer relationships, school and work pressure know that you’re not alone—seeking support through challenging and confusing times is a strength.

I am honored to help my clients see through the messiness of life and grieve what should have been. Clients often come to me after losing a loved one, struggling with body image or disordered eating, or trying to cope with a traumatic event. I show up authentically in session so you can do the same! No stuffy therapist vibes here.

I work with the healers and helpers who not only have seen the worst in their work, but also have a personal history of trauma. So many in the healing and helping professions have painful backgrounds that have fueled their fire to care for others. Healers experience some of the worst and most rampant burnout which can stem from a number of places including vicarious trauma and having past traumas triggered by clients, systems, and the overall work. Move from an inner place of fear, imposter syndrome and co-dependency to a place of inner security.

Put most simply, my approach to psychotherapy is centered around helping you come to know yourself as fully as possible. Many people come to me in search of a more depth-oriented approach to therapy. Many approaches out there right now, in the interest of attempting to reduce symptoms as quickly as possible, may miss the mark in terms of understanding the “why” of it all, the more nuanced understanding of why our difficulties and symptoms are there to begin with, how they actually may have been serving us in some way, and their connection to our relational patterns and our past developmental experiences.

Telehealth provides the option for you to be in the safety and comfort of your own private space. No time wasted for traveling and scheduling is easy. I offer a holistic approach with foundations in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR and mindfulness practices.

Hey there- I'm curious to see if you've ever thought the following questions: "What am I doing wrong; am I alone because of me; or why do I keep doing this?" Well, you're not the only one. Asking yourself these important questions may lead to ideas of distasteful implications and conclusions that you might be afraid to confront, leading to potential alienation from vulnerability. In addition, bias exacerbates the difficulty of contextualizing these observations. I invite you to reach out if you would like an objective perspective to combat your biases and help you develop a genuine, authentic relationship with yourself and others.
