I believe that change happens outside of our comfort zone. At the same time, I believe that feeling safe is a vital part of the change process. We can only begin to step outside of where we have been, into a more healthy and happy life, if we are first grounded in safety and security. I strive to provide this environment for my clients. My goal is that all clients feel safe and secure the entire time that we work together, to move through the uncomfortable aspects of life, towards a happier, healthier, more fulfilling existence.

I am a seasoned therapist specializing in helping women who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, weight loss, insomnia, trauma, narcissistic abuse, work and family concerns. As a wellness coach and licensed therapist my approach is integrative, addressing physical and emotional concerns. Common issues are separation, divorce, single parenting, dating, communication, emotional abuse, stress management and work/life balance.

With over 19 years experience in behavioral health, my hope is to help you. I have experience with teens, adults and geriatric populations with a wide variety of diagnoses of depression, anxiety, stress, personality disorders, other chronic mental health struggles. I look forward to helping you be the best you can be.

Greg’s passion is his work with men and men’s issues, their families and marital relationships as well as working with teens. Seeing clients age 12 and above are his area of expertise. Among his clinical areas of experience are working with anxiety, depression, stress management, anger, parenting skills, couples and communication, faith-based counseling and is also trained in sexual addiction in 2011.
