Jess Holly received her Bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the U of M. Jess previously worked for a children’s community mental health agency in Minneapolis and surrounding areas where she provided in-home therapeutic support to children and their families facing serious and persistent mental and behavioral health challenges. Jess also has experience treating adults with anxiety and depression.

We work with individuals of all ages with anxiety, mood and related issues across the lifespan. When working with younger children, we meet with parents without the child for the first evaluation session, and then meet with the child individually during the second evaluation session.Our center also routinely works with college-aged and young adult clients. Here, our therapists incorporate components of therapy geared specifically to this age group: identity development, fostering independence and autonomy, and helping clients navigate the challenges experienced during their transition into adulthood.

In life there are many things that create a sense of being stuck, something that prevents us from moving forward and living our best lives. Whether it is childhood trauma, trauma that occurred later in life, or transitions that are difficult to navigate, people often times need support in managing their symptoms. By rewiring the brain, we can find ourselves feeling less reactive and more responsive to the day to day stressors of our lives.
