I'm Kaity (She/They) and I'm excited to meet you! I am a graduate from Mount Mary University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ population, the neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, etc.) community, and young adults. As a counselor, I work to create a safe, judgment free environment for my clients to grow and explore. In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, golfing, concerts and spoiling my cat and dog.

My passion is working with the queer community and neurodivergent people. I also find joy in working with relationships of all structures, including ethical non-monogamy and polyamory. I’m Dr. Caroline Schmidt, a licensed psychologist and experienced psychotherapist. I help people who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, mood disorders, and relationship problems.

I practice sex therapy, individual therapy, and couples therapy in southeastern Wisconsin. I also specialize in family building, queer families, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.
