Recovery is a long and arduous journey and I am invested in walking with my clients through the deepest darkness as well as the brightest days. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, thus providing recovery-focused psychotherapy to individuals battling an eating disorder is my primary specialty. I am invested in long-term therapy that hinges on the relationship that develops over time. The ideal client for me is someone who is motivated to move forward and improve upon his or her quality of life, and who has a willingness to try new things, even when they are frightening.

I enjoy working with clients who may feel something is missing in their life, they don’t feel satisfied with where they are at, may feel overwhelmed or stressed, or just can’t exactly pinpoint why they don’t feel they are at their best. Low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, conflict, significant life stressors and much more can easily deter us from our goals in life and it takes some work to get us back on track. I believe in self-empowerment and a more holistic approach to overall well-being. With a strong collaborative, strength based, and client-centered approach, I can help you begin the life you deserve.

As the state's only certified Christian Sex Therapist, I bring an important perspective to people struggling with sexual issues no matter where you live in WI. As a Marriage and Family therapist I can also help clients heal and deal with issues that are effecting the marriage or intimacy - whether communication or sexual desire. For individuals suffering from Sexual Trauma and Sex Addictions I have found the use of the highly experiential model, Internal Family Systems - to be extremely helpful and deeply impactful for healing.
