I have a long history of working with those who have experienced; domestic violence, sexual abuse, trauma, relationship difficulties, sexual concerns, PTSD, as well as depression, anxiety, personality disorders and more. I work with men, women, and couples. I am a person-centered therapist who believes that clients are the experts of their own lives. I am honored to be invited to join my clients on their journey of healing and to offer a judgment free, supportive, and comfortable space for all of my clients to be themselves and explore their goals with me! Starting therapy is scary, I strive to make this a comfortable process.

I have experience in the mental health field for over 6 years, with ages 5 and older. I use a variety of modalities and interventions to fit my clients needs. Major focuses in my work include trauma informed care, anxiety, depression, parenting coaching, and helping others build on their strengths. I view therapy as a joint venture built on trust and authenticity. With a caring and empathetic approach, I provide a safe space for clients to feel heard while navigating their mental health challenges.

It's hard for most people to ask for help. I get that. But I am of the belief that there are two categories of people: those who could be helped by therapy and those who actually go out and try it. So, if you are stepping out, asking for help, and giving therapy a try - good for you for taking a risk. My goal right off the bat is to build trust with my clients. My work combines a wide variety of new techniques (DBT, CBT, ecotherapy, hypnotherapy and brainspotting) with an assortment of traditional approaches.
