I specialize in working with women struggling with life transitions, low self esteem and confidence, looking to work through patterns of codependency and build their self-esteem, those who have experienced trauma, emotional or physical abuse within partnership, and other relationship concerns. As a trauma-informed, evidence-based therapist, I can work with you to help change the patterns that are leading you to feel unfulfilled and unhappy in your everyday life, and in your relationships.
