I work with clients who feel stuck and overwhelmed by negative experiences (traumas). Trauma often manifests as physical symptoms you don't understand or emotions that shut you down when you least expect it. Maybe you feel numb or can't seem to stop feeling too much. Difficulty with memory and attention are often side affects of a person trying to mange life under great amounts of stress. Are therapy sessions confidential?
