Reaching out for counseling can be life changing. My goal is to help my clients trust in their strengths and build up their resilience by learning new coping techniques. Life can be messy and hurtful; that's where counseling comes in. During counseling we look into various aspects of your life and talk about it. Often clients find an outside perspective by a licensed counselor is helpful. Learning new techniques to manage relationships, stress (including family, school, and work), depression, anxiety, and overall life might lead to a new outlook on life; a life you might be able to enjoy.

Accepting clients ages 6 and older. Do you or your child experience a lot of "big feelings?" Maybe you live with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Autism, or maybe you're going through a big life transition. If that sounds like you, I could be a good fit. I've been in the mental health field for 10 years, working with kids (ages 6+), teens, adults, and families from many backgrounds. I am a warm and welcoming, laid back therapist who believes that therapy can be a fun and uplifting process. I will assign homework, ask you to try new things, and I'll strive to be creative and flexible in our work together.
