I have a passion for helping individuals find their strengths and be able to use them in their daily lives. I enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds and different areas of focus such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, peer relationships, school problems, sports performance, and LGBTQ+ related issues. I enjoy utilizing several treatment modalities including person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and strengths-based therapies. I work with clients ages 16 and older. I hope to create a comfortable space of empowerment and validation as you share your life story.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families struggling with a wide range of issues. Whether it is anxiety in childhood or adulthood, marital conflict, grieving the loss of a loved one, or navigating motherhood, I understand that we all need connection and validation. We need to know we are not alone in whatever we are facing in life. Also, a common struggle for many is lacking a sense of purpose or meaning in their lives, often leading to frustration and despair. I am passionate about helping clients understand the importance of finding purpose.
