Bill Hamilton received his master's degree in social work from Case Western Reserve University and his bachelor's degree from Baldwin-Wallace College. He served in supervisory and investigation positions with the Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services for 20 years. He is a member of the International Dyslexia Association and on the Board of Directors with the Lutheran Metropolitan Ministries START program, which serves at-risk youth. He also serves as an adjunct instructor for Case Western Reserve and Cleveland State Universities.

With over 30 years experience working with adults, I maintain an ongoing commitment to this work with the goal of helping you improve your quality of life, including managing internal unrest. My master's degree is from Case Western Reserve University and I have a B.A. degree from Boston University in Philosophy. My approach is compassionate and accepting and I draw from various modalities including psychodynamic, trauma informed care, and cognitive and behavioral elements.

She has a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Cleveland State University. Her background is in community-based mental health, career counseling, school-based counseling, and outpatient mental health counseling. Alice Scesny Palmer served as director of the Cleveland Clinic Department of Social Work for more than 20 years. She supervised more than 75 health care professionals and served on many Cleveland Clinic task forces and committees, including Ethics, HIPAA Implementation and Geriatric Strategic Planning. A part-time faculty member at Cleveland State and Akron Universities, she also has served as adjunct faculty at Case Western Reserve University and Ursuline College.
