I am a master’s level licensed social worker. I have experience working with children, teens and young adults. I obtained my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from The Ohio State University. I believe in access to quality mental health care for all individuals. I strive to help all individuals in the healing process by providing comfortable, supportive and nonjudgmental care. I utilize CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), play therapy, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy to assist clients in achieving their goals and healing.

I specialize in the treatment of PTSD which includes complex trauma, traumatic loss, single incident trauma, and dissociative disorders in adults. Through Energy Psychology, Spiritual Psychology, & Energy Medicine I will help you process challenges and discover and unlock the root of these challenges or feelings of being stuck, which creates understanding, perspective shifts, and rapid behavioral and emotional changes. We will discuss, process, and come to a place of insight, shifting your perspective in areas of your life that you desire improvement or change or are feeling frustrated or other negative emotions about. I work with clients who feel lost or stuck, have experienced trauma, therapists, couples, those experiencing a spiritual evolution or awakening, and more.

In my most recent job, I have found that domestic violence survivors and women who experience issues specific to being a woman have piqued my interest. My ideal client is an individual who is open to working as a team and benefiting from a therapeutic relationship in which honesty, accountability, and empathy are paramount. While a client’s concerns are unique and personal, there is nothing they cannot overcome through effective therapeutic interventions and a highly-trained and relatable clinician.
