I am an independently licensed Social Worker who received my MSW from The Ohio State University. I have experience working with diverse late adolescent and adult populations, providing outpatient counseling to individuals and couples, as well as facilitation of a wide range of therapeutic group work.

Life is a journey and no one should travel it alone. Our journey brings many joys and trials. As humans, we are created for relationships and community. Many of us find ourselves, at times, feeling alone or misunderstood. As a therapist specializing in OCD, I understand the pain and futility that accompanies chronic overthinking and the difficulty of being mired in the same unhelpful behaviors and emotions. I understand the bewilderment of not knowing what could help, as well as the frustration of knowing, yet still feeling unable to move forward. We want agency over ourselves and our lives, but we also want to be able to let go of the things that are out of our control.
