Toni is an indepently licensed clinical social worker. As a therapist and as a person in general, her passion and purpose has always been to help people. Founder of Transformative Solutions LLC Counseling since 2020. Toni services specialize in the healing of females from trauma, and working with the adolescent population. Toni is also trained in EMDR, has experience in working with those with addiction issues, and relationship issues.

I specialize in seeing clients who struggle with over-controlled personality types. Do you work too much? Want things to be perfect? Strongly dislike being out of control of situations? Or feel like you have to do things in order for them to be done correctly? My ideal client is simply a client looking to learn and grow. I have treated such a wide variety of diagnoses and people from all over the country. I am open to most clients as long as they are adults.

I am a Licensed Social Worker with a passion for decreasing the stigma surrounding mental health and promoting the health and well being of my clients. For my undergraduate degree, I moved from Central Jersey (Yes! It exists!) to South Jersey to attend Stockton University. I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work with a Minor in Behavioral Neuroscience from Stockton, and then moved on to attend graduate school in Philadelphia. I received my Master of Social Work Degree with a clinical concentration from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice in May of 2020.

I am a School Psychologist that has worked in education for 21 years. I complete psychoeducational evaluations and screenings to help parents and students better understand their learning patterns and needs. Through assessment, a student's learning struggle can be identified so that the right path of intervention and services can be put into place. I work with parents/students to plan out an evaluation that will encompass their concerns and provide answers.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker who provides teletherapy services to young adults and adults who reside outside of Central Ohio. Clinically, I am most successful working with individuals who are looking to work on relationship issues (peer, family, romantic, parent-child, work, etc), anxiety, depression, and parenting struggles. I enjoy helping clients identify their goals, develop skills to work toward those goals, and feel more confident in their own abilities. Keith previously was the Director of the CMHC Program at South University in Cleveland, Ohio. Keith has previously been the co-chair of the Hoarding Connection of Cuyahoga County. Keith has provided several presentations at local, state, and national conventions as well as provides CEU’s on several topics in the mental health field including Ethics and Supervision.

In the mental health field, I have worked in a variety of areas, including employment, child and family counseling, criminal justice counseling, and crisis therapy.

I am an independently licensed clinician with 20 years of experience in the field. I have experience diagnosing and treating mental health and substance use disorders. My experience includes working with adults and adolescents as well as couples and families.
