I work with children as young as 6, preteens, adolescents, and young adults. Understanding the important milestones at each of these stages and the particular challenges. I utilize Cognitive behavior therapy, elements of play and expressive therapies, and integrative therapy.
Life can be stressful. Navigating family relationships, friendships, schooling, employment, parents, and transitioning into adulthood can be hard to manage. Learning to communicate effectively, cope well, and set boundaries are hard things to learn alone. I'd like to help work through these things!
