My ideal client is a person who has difficulties with depression/anxiety, loneliness, divorce, domestic violence, abuse, grief, rejection, fear, isolation, adjustment, lack of direction, traumatic issues, etc. My approach is integrative and individualized; therefore, each individual's sessions and progress look different. I am an LMHC that works with clients from the first contact. I am a compassionate, empathic, and supportive therapist. I grew in my clinical skills through years of practice with all clients, regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
