I graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in Psychology, then went on to pursue my master's in Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. Over the years I've always been more inclined to the helping professions and working closely with people.

I attended Lesley University for Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Dance/Movement Therapy. Currently, I teach at Lesley University as an adjunct professor for the expressive therapies graduate program. I honor the client’s whole self in treatment, paralleling the nonverbal, holistic approach of Dance/movement therapy.
