I provide feedback that allows people to gain perspective and insight into their difficulties so that they can develop the ability to meet their personal goals. I empower clients by helping them to realize their strengths so that they can proceed in a realistic and self-influenced way. When I assist people with recognizing, understanding and shifting patterns of behavior that are counterproductive for them, they begin to lead more satisfying and happy lives.

My ideal client is clients who are open and are motivated to treatment. Clients will experience person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral assignments, and empathy towards what they are going through. However, it's important to understand that change takes time and that working towards mental wellness and be an uphill battle but once the layers are peeled off they can experience personal satisfaction.
