Partners of sex addicts may experience feelings of intense anger, shock, drops in sexual interest, or notice that past trauma keeps coming back and impacting them.

Kelsey Blahnik is a Qualified Supervisor in multiple states and the executive director of The And Way Therapy. Kelsey and her team provide individual (ages 10+) and couples therapy via Telehealth. She primarily utilizes a fusion of EMDR and IFS. Due to her passion for making high quality, affordable Mental Health care accessible, the team offers services ranging from as little as $100 per session and are in network with many insurance providers.

Often, the link between the true problem/s and symptoms is not obvious and I help clients to gain insight into what may be happening and find effective ways of coping.
