In my practice, I work with a broad range of clients who are simply struggling with life's demands - coping with change and transitions, discovering identities and passions, grieving losses big and small, and understanding the complexities of relationships. I understand that most things in life are beyond our control, and I feel it’s important for clients who are experiencing some form of distress to feel they have some degree of control in their life.
