I commonly work with young adults who are seeking support for social anxiety and other relationship challenges, life adjustments, and spiritual support in exploring the intersection of their mental health and their faith.
I empower my clients to identify and amplify the strengths within themselves and their world that they may have lost touch with or perhaps have not yet discovered. In our sessions together, you'll experience a healthy balance of acceptance and empathy paired with therapeutic challenges towards growth. I like to collaborate with my clients so that their treatment is individualized to their unique goals, culture, and strengths. I offer cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solutions focused therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and Christian spiritual integration for clients seeking faith based therapy.

I have worked in a variety of settings including general outpatient mental health for adolescents and adults, and dual diagnosis (mental disorder and a substance use disorder) intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs.
At some time or other, many of us may experience a disconnect from ourselves, parts of ourselves and/or what is most important to us. This can be a result of trauma, circumstance, or unmet needs. A disconnect from self can manifest in unwanted feelings and symptoms including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and substance abuse. The reconnection process can elicit growing pains as we explore the root cause, identify and overcome barriers, and explore new ways of living in alignment with ourselves. I am passionate about creating a warm, safe space for clients to show up as themselves and do this work.

I am a compassionate therapist with over 15 years of experience helping teens and adults take their lives back from anxiety, social anxiety, depression and trauma.
You’ve been feeling really stuck for some time now, and it’s only been getting worse. Life seems to be passing you by, and while everyone else seems to be out there, chasing their dreams and finding meaningful friendships and relationships, you’ve been pretty much in the same place for years. Things might actually be getting worse—you’re feeling even more anxious and isolated. You’ve even started picking up unhealthy habits that you never thought you would, and you're finding it hard to even dream and hope, thinking things might never get better. If this sounds like you, please know that there is hope.
