I provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents. My areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, women's issues, depression, relationship issues, difficulties adjusting to major life transitions, cultural and/ or sexual identity development, and mother/ daughter relationships. I use an integrative approach, working from interpersonal and psychodynamic theories while utilizing a range of techniques including interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, family systems, and multicultural modalities. I tailor my approach to best fit with each client's personality, presenting issue, and time frame.

I am a licensed psychologist specializing in individual and family therapy in the Vinings/ Smyrna/ North Atlanta area - more specifically I work with children (10+), adolescents, younger adults, and their families. Such transitions can include divorce, child custody changes, transitioning to college or graduate school, empty nesting, widowhood, career changes, aging, and grieving. With my background in family law, I am especially adept at working with adults going through divorce and their adolescent children, either individually or together in family counseling. I also offer coparenting counseling to assist parents in creating healthy coparent relationships.
