I utilize trauma informed yoga, breastwork, sound therapy, Reiki & other holistic practices to support you on your journey of healing! My approach is holistic.
I apply therapy, spiritual concepts & physical health to promote total wellness. During sessions, we will uncover areas of your life you may be unaware are causing unwanted issues.
