We are an adherent DBT program that is designed to help you learn ways reduce your self harm and suicidal urges. You will learn skills to find relief from intolerable emotions and you will become better able to regulate your emotions. In the program you will receive 24/7 phone coaching from your therapist when you become dysregulated and need assistance during the week regulating your emotions, or if you are experiencing a crisis urge. Our goal is to keep you out of a hospital setting and help you find solutions for your problems so you can begin to live the life that you want.

I thoroughly enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. As a licensed psychologist having worked at different settings and with different age groups, I appreciate the nuance that each person brings to the therapy room. I work collaboratively with clients to figure out the solutions that will best meet each individual’s specific needs. I have seen this show up in many ways throughout my work with individuals struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, disordered eating and anxiety related disorders. Individuals with OCD might find themselves scared and confused by their thoughts. Most struggle with intrusive images and thoughts that are not aligned with their values and who they know themselves to be. I have worked with individuals for whom their depressive symptoms made it difficult to show up for themselves and their loved ones and complete daily tasks/activities.
