I am best suited for individuals or couples who recognize a pattern of self-defeating behaviors that destroy relationships and contribute to anxiety/depression. These individuals feel stuck in a seemingly never-ending cycle that may include: procrastination, busyness that leads nowhere, the exhaustion of perfectionism, feelings of rejection, loneliness, or depletion in general--all of which gets worse without intervention. Wishing that distracting issues and concerns would just go away is unproductive. Hello, my name is Dr. LaTrice Fowler and I am so encouraged that you are taking the first step to mental wellness. I specialize in a variety of issues such as anger, depression, suicide ideation, and overcoming addiction. A number of my clients are victims of sex trafficking, domestic violence, newly adjusting to their HIV status, LGBT and gender identity. I have been proudly serving my country on active duty as a CDR in the Navy and the United States Public Health Service Corps since 2002. Because of my intimate knowledge and workings of the military, I also treat veterans and service members who struggle with PTSD.
