I also have substantial experience counseling men, twenty-something's, and troubled adolescent males. Young adults can be challenging and having raised two myself, I understand how difficult it can be! I create a safe, comfortable, & non-judgmental environment for change.

I am passionate about working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. As a queer and nonbinary person, I am uniquely tuned into the needs of gender expansive individuals and am very passionate about working with LGBTQ+ people. My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Montevallo. My clinical internship includes a treatment center for eating disorders, where I worked primarily with adolescents and women.
