Hello and welcome! Are you looking to work with a therapist who can help you sort out the stress of each day? Have you been coming home each day drained? Jaw clenched? Stomach in knots? Have you been "snippy" with someone you love? Just don't quite feel like you? This may be an indicator you could use extra support in a safe and comfortable environment where you are able to process your thoughts and emotions. In therapy, you will hear me frequently discuss our limited emotional and "practical" energy.

I believe that individuals should have a supportive and safe space for self-exploration and to address their issues. Whether it is low self-esteem, depression, anxiety or trauma, through therapies and coping skills/strategies, an individual can become a better version of themself. "Unpacking your stuff" can seem like a daunting endeavor, however, "feel the fear and do it anyway!" Evaluating/re-framing core beliefs and patterns often alleviates unhealthy and unproductive behaviors. Moving towards self-advocacy and self-empowerment can result in a significant change in the quality of your life.

I do my best work with people who have experienced years of disappointment and hurt. Many of my clients struggle with divorce, drug use, family problems, childhood hurts, church hurt, bullying, sexual abuse, bereavement, guilt, low self-esteem, and trauma. Many of my clients have been in therapy for more than three years and have, for the most part, given up on treatment because they do not feel that it has helped them. I work well with people who feel no one cares about them and want to give up.

You've been having a hard time with the one (or several) of the following things: connecting with your emotions, figuring out your life, finding a healthy work/life balance, or coping with anxiety, stress, anger, or grief. Everyone says things will get better but you're still waiting for "better". What's worse, you don't feel comfortable talking about your issues in detail with your friends and family. You know they mean well, but they don't seem to get it and you wish you could talk to someone about your concerns without being judged or being looked at as a "crazy person." You just want to feel better.
