I enjoy working with both couples and individuals. Couples therapy can consist of troubles with communication, sex therapy concerns such as education, dysfunctions, lack of desire/interest, pain in sexual activity, medication side effects, and anxiety/depression related to sexual issues, post-affair recovery, and relationship conflict across the lifespan. I also work with those struggling with depression, anxiety, relational problems, including family systems. I am the Founder + Senior Clinician of Hopeology, a trauma-informed, faith-based counseling practice specializing in individuals, couples, and family counseling with a focus on full-bodied healing who have experienced anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
