With a team of 6 therapists, our goal is to provide a level of life experience and expertise to meet our clients where they are. We understand that seeking counseling can be scary, which is why we work hard to create a safe space for our clients to explore any and all areas of their lives. We do not take a cookie cutter approach to therapy, our team is trained to tailor therapy to the individual. We will work with you to establish realistic goals, and achieve them, through working with a therapist on our team who best meets your needs.
We have expertise in working with veterans, first responders, educators, foster & adoptive parents, eating disorders, grief, depression, anxiety, addiction, and so much more. In addition to traditional talk therapy, several of our therapists are EMDR trained. We also offer psychological testing, and provide support in 504 or Special Education meetings.
