If I can find factors in their functioning of which they are unaware, and bring those to their attention, they may be able to find solutions. One goal of mine and of my patients is to solve problems and be done with me and treatment. Confidentiality is critical. You will not see anyone else except me in my office or on zoom. I treat people and consult with therapists daily.
