As a parent, I understand how difficult it is to watch your child struggle with emotional and behavioral issues. However, you don’t have struggle alone. As a professional, my role is to partner with children and families to meet their unique needs. It is through the process of building a positive and supportive therapeutic relationship, that growth and healing can occur.

Are some of your past coping skills not having the same effect? In our sessions, we will focus on being present with our mind and body. Through this gained awareness, we will co-construct meaningful experiences. Sometimes we may need the space or support to tune into our needs, body and its reactions. Therapy can be a place to learn and cultivate that. I use an integrative approach to counseling and therapy. This way, I tailor make our treatment to meet your goals. I'm trained in LGBTQ+ affirming counseling, CBT, Person Centered, Gestalt and Narrative Therapies.

Now accepting new clients. — I can help you overcome any obstacles that you may be experiencing, strengthen those relationships most important to you, and find the peace, fullness, and happiness that you want and deserve. I also have extensive clinical experience working with children, teens, and young adults. I seek to create a safe, therapeutic space for my clients to open up—directly or indirectly—through the utilization of play, art, or talk therapy. I am also happy to incorporate a Christian perspective into therapy for those who are interested in a faith-based approach.
