I support individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, professional challenges, and family issues.
Are you feeling like the happiness, peace of mind, and professional success which you desire is consistently out of your grasp? My typical client knows that something in their life is not working, and they are ready to seek out meaningful change. Making the first step to reach out and pursue support is often the most difficult step. The good news is that psychotherapy and professional coaching are powerful tools for creating lasting change; for those ready to make the leap.

I want you to feel powerful and in control of your life, knowing at a deep level that you can have the things you want and you can feel good every day. This is my goal for you. If you want to feel better, brighter, more free, and like things in your life flow easily, and you need a hand getting there, I can help. How would your life be different if you felt hopeful, optimistic, and excited about the path you're on? How would you feel if you were truly connected to your authentic self and your desires, knowing that all of this is possible for you. Getting there is actually simple but not necessarily easy. That's where I can help.

If you’ve found your way here, there’s a good chance you’re considering making a change in your life, beginning a new endeavor, searching for way to help someone you care about, or simply feeling “stuck”. But I believe that with the proper support and some hard work, every individual is capable of great things. As an award winning educator, counselor, coach, author, and mentor I have the skills, patience, and resources to help you change your life.

I am licensed psychologist with extensive specialized training in neuropsychology. I've evaluated 100s of patients with complex psychiatric and neurological difficulties. I believe the first step to overcoming one's difficulties is understanding the underlying causes. In order to understand my patients, I rely on thorough assessment of their presenting difficulties, medical history and personal experiences. I use this information to create personalized, comprehensive evaluations of emotional and cognitive functioning. This allows me to determine the causes of their difficulties and devise effective treatment recommendations.
