I often see folks working through anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, grief and bereavement, challenges with body image/self esteem/confidence and perinatal/prenatal/postnatal mental health. I work with LGBTQ+ community members and am gender affirming. I find that in providing an additional avenue of support, it allows for the client to self-explore, building up their confidence and belief in themselves that with the appropriate skills and tools, they can take on all that life has for them.
