Specific disorders include, but are not limited to depression, anxiety, codependency, and relationship issues. I work from an interpersonal and relational theoretical framework and believe insight into our core relationships can impact current psychological road blocks. While these insights are significant, it is also important to work in the here in now for problem solving skills in our daily life.
