I am a Mental Health Therapist and Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist. I work with individuals, couples & families. I work with people who are experiencing issues in relationships, stress - anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, and Adult Children of Alcoholics and dysfunctional family systems issues. I work with people that have deep core issues that are not shifted by traditional treatment and decide to use hypnotherapy to break through deeply held stored trauma, old beliefs and old behaviors that no longer serve them. My clients goals are to lift the veil of feeling not-good-enough and embrace who they really are.

One of the hardest tasks life hands us is to find comfort within discomfort. We are constantly faced with hardship, stress, and self-doubt, yet at the same time we strive for well-being, joy, and connection. As a psychologist, I work with clients who seek not only a reduction in emotional distress and a desire to heal old wounds, but to also find their own unique versions of peace, interpersonal growth, and self-value. We can't control what life throws at us, but we can learn how to heal, value ourselves, set boundaries, and find comfort in discomfort.

Leah Arndt is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2019. She has a BA from Lafayette College and an MACMH from Kutztown University. At her core, Leah is a humanist, existentialist, and a proponent of unconditional self-compassion. She has a strong skill set working with teens and young adults but loves working with all humans in general. Mehrnaz Shoultes is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2020. Mehrnaz believes everyone is their own expert in their healing journey and she helps clients recognize their own strengths. As they are able to identify their strengths, they become more powerful and in control of their lives. Outside of work, Mehrnaz enjoys spending time out in nature, listening to music, dance, and travel.

Matt is a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor and is a Nationally Certified Counselor through the NBCC. Matt received his Masters of Education through Kutztown University and has over 14 years of experience working within the Mental Health Field. Within the current scope of his practice, Matt works with adolescence, individuals, couples, and families.

Carly S. Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2017. She has an M. A. in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling. Carly's areas of specialties include family, couples, children previously exposed to trauma, pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum clients. She believes in taking a different approach than most counselors by using her compassion and directiveness rather than giving homework and asking you to color to cope. Carly uses different modalities to work with clients including, but not limited to, Structural Family Therapy, Family Systems, CBT, and Person-Centered.

John OBell, LPC John OBell is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2011. He has a Master of Science from Scranton University, a Bachelor of Arts from Scranton University, and a Master of Divinity from Christ the King Seminary. John believes that people experiencing life challenges need to be given space to be heard. Throughout the course of their lives, human persons continue to adjust to life circumstances either positive or negative. Because of the nature of human individuals being social, therapeutic relationships can broaden understanding and perspective of life adjustments.

Korina Hasbrouck is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2006. She has an Associate's Degree in Pre-Professional Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. Korina is specifically trained and experienced to work with individuals, children, couples, and families who are having difficulties with their mental health and relationship issues. Outside of work, Korina enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter, watching movies and good television series with her family, and playing with her silly dogs, Mort and Giddy.

Marghy Mitchell is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2016. Marghy can connect with people of all ages and has an empathetic connection to help them discover their potential. Outside of work, Marghy enjoys kayaking, gardening, animals, nature, cooking, nutrition, and being an artist.

Laura Troxel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 20 years of practice working with individuals ranging in age from 11 to 70. Laura has extensive experience with individual dealing with life changes, depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar illness, addiction, anger, chronic mental health conditions, parents of children with behavioral health issues, and loved ones of persons dealing with addition.

I’m here in hopes that I can provide you with a space where you feel like a partner in the therapeutic relationship and not just a number on a chart.
