Hello and welcome! It takes a lot of courage to seek help when hardships in life happen. I strive to make therapy a safe, inviting place, where you can grow, work through struggles, and change your life. I specialize in trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationships. I have experience with children through adulthood, and have worked in mental health since 1998. I believe the best therapy happens when clients feel valued and connected, therefore it is important for me to create such an environment for you. NOTE: I am licensed in both CA and PA. I provide telehealth, and see clients in-person in Lititz, PA.

My past experience in family based therapy has helped me adapt to the needs of my clients and the wide range of challenges they have faced. In my time in family based I worked with people diagnosed with autism, depression, anxiety, intellectual disability, personality disorders, mood disorders, and many others. Hi! My name is Tonya Lane, LPC at Life and Love Counseling, LLC. I work with children, adolescents, adults, & families, with a specific emphasis on helping preschool-aged & preadolescent children. My role often extends to the children's families & their circumstances that impact their lives; education, community, & legal matters.
