Welcome! I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families that are experiencing trauma symptoms and disruptive behaviors. I work in partnership with the client (and parents, if applicable) in order to meet therapeutic goals and live a more holistically healthy life. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients, where we work together to meet the goals you have set. I have worked in a variety of settings with children/families who have had traumatic experiences - I am passionate about working in tandem with my clients to help them thrive in life, despite past/current circumstances.

I support individuals and all consensual relationships, who are struggling with anxiety, depression, the impact of trauma, and any relational concerns to create a meaningful way of being. I hope to work with you to question the expectations placed on you by society to enhance your lived experience. My work with you is person-centered, in that your goals and experiences are essential to our process. I believe deeply that I am guiding, witnessing, and holding space for you to grow. I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and am Kink, BDSM, and Poly aware. All your expressions and relationship structures are welcome.

Life gets hard, and sometimes you just need a little guidance to navigate through life's absurdity. I'm here to help you peel off those layers of societal expectations and find your true, unapologetic self. Think of me as your cheerleader, coach, and sarcastic best friend all rolled into one. Let's ditch the fake smiles and embrace the beautiful chaos of being authentically you. Together, we'll laugh, cry, and probably make terrible puns along the way. I am deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their experiences and work toward growth and healing.

Hello, I'm a mental health counselor licensed in the state of NY. I have worked in community mental health since 2016 in both clinic and primary care medical settings. My clients have presented a wide range of concerns, including: depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, substance abuse, anger management, and adjustment to life after incarceration. Regardless of what issues bring you to therapy, I work from the assumption that YOU are never the problem. Rather, the situation is the problem, and we work together to transform it. This process often involves shifting your view, giving yourself grace, and deepening compassion for yourself.
