Some pain is of our own doing. Other pain just comes to us without doing anything. I try to help people recognize what pain they may be harboring and help them learn how to turn down the intensity of their suffering. I love to see individuals discover new ways of coping, thinking, and behaving to improve and most importantly empower themselves.

Are therapy sessions confidential?

Confidentiality is a crucial part of the therapeutic relationship. With very few exceptions, a therapist will only discuss their client with others when the client has given their written permission.
