My approach to therapy is rooted in relational psychodynamic theory, but I will frequently use a variety of cognitive and behavioral techniques, depending on you and your life story. The most important part of any treatment, however, is the relationship between the therapist and the patient, and therefore it is my ultimate goal to help you feel comfortable and supported in a non-judgmental, warm environment.
